The surgery is an approved practice for 5th year medical student placements (from Imperial College).
Throughout the year, we will have students placed at the practice. They will sit in with GPs, nurses and HCAs to observe consultations.
However, patients will always be asked if they are happy for the student to sit in during the consultation. If they do not wish to have a student present, we will respect their wishes and ask the student to leave the room.
