www.healthyealing.comNHS Health Checks
The NHS Health Check is aimed at adults in England aged 40 to 74 and will involve measuring your blood pressure, pulse, height and weight and asking you some lifestyle questions. The aim is to help you to find out if you are at increased risk of certain serious health conditions so they can be addressed before they become a problem.
They are free, take about 20 minutes and can be conducted with a Health Trainer- you can refer yourself without needing to see a GP by using the link on the People First site. Alternatively you can arrange to have this done at your GP practice.
