Coronavirus update

Our doors are closed to walk-in patients. Only come if you have been told to by us. Please click here to see what we are currently able to provide.

To protect patients & staff while Coronavirus is still circulating, most of our GP consultations are by phone. To book an appointment please call between 8-10.30am OR 2.30-5pm Monday to Friday.

If you are a parent or carer, please contact us if you have concerns about your child being unwell. If you are ill and do not know what to do please call.

You can request medication online, by email or by paper requests through the letterbox.  (please do not send clinical enquiries to this email)

Allow 2 working days for us to process medication requests. Please do not request by phone as the lines are very busy.

Stay at home if you have coronavirus symptoms

Stay at home if you have either:

  • a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
  • a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)

Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.

Use the 111 coronavirus service to find out what to do. Only call 111 if you cannot get help online.
